4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.

leci123 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian players include:

leci123 reserves the right to void any bets, suspend any Account, and retain any balances where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct, pending investigation.

6. Betting Rules & Sports Wagering

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the leci123 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game category. Bets are only accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation; leci123 is not liable for any technical error that causes incorrect odds to be displayed, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

6.2 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets (including live football markets covering EPL, La Liga, and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures) may be suspended or closed at any time due to match events, referee decisions, or technical requirements. 7. Promotions & Bonus Terms

7.1 General Promotional Terms

leci123 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback schemes, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Rollover / Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit + bonus combined). Game contribution rates apply: slots typically contribute 100% per wager; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10%–20% per wager toward the rollover.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

Placing bets exceeding the maximum cap while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account.

7.5 Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from Bonus Funds is capped at a specified multiple of the original bonus amount (e.g., 5x). Any winnings above this cap are non-withdrawable and will be removed upon withdrawal request.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by leci123

leci123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, AML/KYC non-compliance, breach of these Terms, suspected bonus abuse, or regulatory requirements. During any investigation, affected Account balances may be temporarily withheld pending resolution.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting leci123 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any voidable bonus amounts or outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including Sections 10, 11, 13, and 15.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
